You'll need to gather a few essentials first. Need help? Reach out to your mortgage lender with any questions you have to help expedite the process.
We've partnered with BLEND to provide tools that let you upload documentation and check your loan status for a seamless and secure mortgage experience.
I love to teach, and I love to help people. No wonder I enjoy my job so much! Every day I get to help clients learn about home financing, a topic that’s, unfortunately, more confusing than it really should be.
I view my job as that of a teacher, helping my clients understand which loan options they qualify for… and the differences between those options. It doesn’t matter if you’re purchasing your first home, a vacation home, a rental property, or you’re investigating refinancing an existing loan, I’d like to share the knowledge I have so you can figure out which loan option is right for you.
Once you decide on a loan option, I’ll help you through every step of the loan approval process… and I’m available 7 days a week should you ever have any questions. Since I work for a full-service bank, we process and approve the documentation for your loan in-house. My team and I are available should you need to drop off paperwork or drop by our office to discuss something in person.
My ‘teach & help’ approach has resulted in a large and still growing mortgage business. In the last 21 years, I’ve helped over 2,200 clients decide which loan was right for them. In addition, I’ve been recognized by my employer (and the Kansas City real estate community) for outstanding customer service.
I’ve been happily married to my wife Denise for more than 25 years, and we’re blessed with three sons.
I love living in Kansas City, and I love the job I get to do each day. I feel I’m living my version of the American Dream. If your American Dream involves owning a home, I’d love to help you turn that dream into a reality… regardless of whether it’s a house, condo, townhome, etc., or wherever in the United States the property is located.
I view my job as that of a teacher, helping my clients understand which loan options they qualify for… and the differences between those options.
